Fall Scholarship Weekend

Event date: November 8-10, 2018

Faith’s Fall Scholarship Weekend is an exclusive opportunity to visit campus and interview for thousands of dollars in institutional scholarships. All high school seniors and transfer students who have applied to Faith for the fall of 2019 are invited to attend.  The cost to attend Scholarship Weekend is only $50. By coming to Scholarship Weekend, you will:

  • Visit classes and chapel
  • Enjoy a catered meal
  • Get answers to your questions about Faith
  • Meet future classmates
  • Have an enjoyable weekend with other high school seniors and Faith students

Fall Scholarship Weekend is November 8-10, 2018. You are eligible to attend if you:

  • Are a high school senior in the 2018-19 school year or a transfer student.
  • Plan to enroll as a full-time college student in fall 2019. Submit your application here
  • Register for Scholarship Weekend by October 26, 2018.  Register Here

We encourage parents to join us for the weekend, but students are also welcome attend alone. Informative sessions on Friday will focus on college finances and will be beneficial to both students and parents.

All applicants are considered for financial aid once they have completed the following scholarship process:

  • Interview for scholarships
  • Have your ACT or SAT scores sent to Faith
  • Complete your FAFSA at fafsa.ed.gov using Faith’s school code 007121

You do not need to have completed your ACT/SAT in order to attend the weekend. However, it is required in order to be awarded a scholarship package.

Institutional Scholarships: 4-year scholarship packages so you can plan ahead.

  • Great Scriptures Scholarships–$500
  • Christian Workers’ Grant–$1,500
  • Returning ‘Student Aid–Did you know you can earn additional awards as you progress through you time at Faith? Every year, Faith awards over $150,000 in additional aid to current students

The amount of these scholarships is based on several factors:

  • Admissions interview
  • Local Church Involvement
  • ACT Score
  • AACS Fine Arts Placement
  • EQUIP Fine Arts Placement
  • Talents For Christ Placement
  • Fine Arts Camp Placement
  • AWANA
