FaithFest

(This is a rain or shine event!)

Mark your calendars to join us for this year’s FaithFest, Saturday, October 6. With giant inflatables, archery tag, dodgeball, and so much more, your teens will be sure to have a fun-filled day.  Faith President, Dr. Jim Tillotson will be this year’s speaker, bringing two evangelistic rallies during the day.

Registration
In order to facilitate an efficient check-in for you on the morning of FaithFest, registration and payment are being handled completely online.  Please use one of the forms below to complete your registration.

Group Registrants
Churches that registered as a group, please follow the link in your confirmation email to the registration/medical release form. Please print this form. Each student participant will need to have this form completed and signed by a parent in order to participate in FaithFest.
These forms will be collected from you at FaithFest, or you may scan and email the forms to Brenda in advance.

Walk-ins
Walk-ins are welcome!  It is helpful if you register in advance so that we plan accurately for food, seating, etc., but advanced registration is not required and we would love to have you join us.  Walk-ins may bring a completed and signed registration form with them when they arrive the morning of FaithFest, and may pay the $35 registration fee by cash, check, or credit card.

Students in Grades 7-12
$25 if registered by September 24
$30 if registered by October 3
$35 after October 3

Sponsors
$10 per person

Children of  Sponsoring Adults
$10 per person for children in grades kindergarten-6th grade
Free for children below kindergarten

Housing
Dorm housing is available for youth groups on Friday, October 5, and must be reserved using the online FaithFest registration form shown above. The cost is $8/person, which includes overnight housing and a continental breakfast on Saturday morning. Because space is very limited, advanced reservations are encouraged. Reservations will be accepted until September 24 or until space runs out.

Schedule for the Day
8:45 – 9:30 AM:  Registration
9:30 AM:  Rally with Dr. Tillotson
10:45 – 12:15 PM:  Game Time #1
12:15 PM:  Pizza Lunch on the Lawn
1:00 – 3:00 PM:  Game Time #2
3:00 PM:  Rally with Dr. Tillotson
4:15 PM:  Closing & Dismiss

Arriving on campus
Registration will take place in the Nettleton Center (Building #5).  Enter the building under the giant “Registration” banner.

What to wear
Comfortable clothing is encouraged—jeans, shorts, t-shirts, etc.  Some activities will require participants to remove their shoes.

Concessions
A variety of snacks and beverages will be available for purchase throughout the day.
