Scholarship Weekend

Much of our new-student aid is awarded through our fall and spring Scholarship Weekends each November and April. During this weekend, you can tour our campus and interview for thousands of dollars in institutional scholarships. New Student Scholarships & Aid

Whether you’re coming straight from high school or as a transfer student from another institution, there are several scholarships that you are eligible for. Many institutional scholarships are 4-year awards so you can plan ahead.

Academic Excellence Scholarship

A minimum ACT score of 24 is required for an academic scholarship. Scores must be received before July 1.

Centennial Scholarship

A scholarship based upon need, having parents or grandparents who attended FBBC, or an openness to pursuing full-time ministry.

Faith Financial Assistance Scholarship

To be considered for need-based funds, FAFSA information is required. If you qualify for this scholarship, a student can receive up to $5,000 per year.

Leadership Scholarship

This scholarship is awarded based on prior achievements, local church involvement, and leadership potential. If a student qualifies for this scholarship and comes to one of the Scholarship Weekends, they can receive up to $7,500 per year.

President's Scholarship

Recipient must be a new student demonstrating academic excellence, Christian character, proven leadership ability, and financial need.  Students must continue to meet all eligibility requirements to remain eligible for future semester awards.
More Scholarships

Christian Worker's Grant

This need-based grant is available to students who are dependents of full-time Christian workers. Students must not already be receiving free tuition and must be enrolled full-time. Recipients must live on campus, evidence proven Christian character and conduct, and meet all other eligibility requirements. The Christian Workers Grant is $1,500 for the year, which students will receive if they are approved.  Please fill out the application.

GARBC Christian Character Scholarship

This scholarship is for students who are an active part of a church in fellowship with the Regular Baptist Churches, and who exemplify godly Christian character through their service in the local church and their testimony in the community. If you are applying for the GARBC Christian Character Scholarship, please notify the admissions department at FBBC at the time your application is submitted and one of our Scholarship Weekends to ensure this is included in your institutional aid package.

Great Scripture Memory Scholarship

This scholarship is awarded to students who quote perfectly one of the designated portions of Scripture and meet all other eligibility requirements. The student may receive $500 for one passage per semester as long as scholarship funds are available. Contact the Student Life Department with any questions.

Returning Student Scholarships, Endowments, & Aid

In addition to a student’s main institutional aid, returning
students may apply for extra aid in the form of an endowment scholarship. Each year, Faith awards over $190,000 in endowment scholarships to be used in the following school year. Current students will be notified of the open application time during the spring semester.
