  • The student will exemplify the ethics and integrity of Biblical servant leadership.
  • The student will link theoretical models of leadership and business principles, people skills, problem-solving, managerial training, team dynamics, and real-world case studies.
  • The student will summarize a biblical philosophy of leadership, demonstrating their readiness to minister with the right purpose, vision, and values.
  • The student will be able to collaborate with peers in an organization’s finances, budgets, human resources, board structure, and other members of their future teams.
  • The student will execute critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • The student will experiment with new personal, organizational skills.
