Part-Time Assistant Registrar

FBBC&TS is seeking to employ a qualified individual for a part-time Registrar Administrative Assistant. This position will be open until filled. The hours will be about 15-20 hours per week.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities as Assistant Registrar

  • Perform general administrative duties in the Registrar’s office, including fulfilling transcript requests, maintaining student records, and assisting students with course registrations.

Academic Qualifications

  • Applicants who have at least an Associate’s degree in Office Administration or a related field are preferred.
  • Attention to detail and working with people.
