Part-Time Assistant Registrar and Financial Aid Office Assistant

FBBC&TS is seeking to employ a qualified individual for a part-time Registrar Administrative Assistant and Financial Aid Office Assistant position. This position will be open until filled. The combined hours will be about 25 per week.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities as Assistant Registrar

  • Perform general administrative duties in the Registrar’s office, including fulfilling transcript requests, maintaining student records, and assisting students with course registrations.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities as Financial Aid Office Assistant

  • Helping the Financial Aid Director in the daily operation of connecting with students.
  • Record-keeping and assisting the director as needed.
  • Will learn the basics of the financial aid process.
  • Prepare and maintain student folders.

Academic Qualifications

  • Applicants who have at least an Associate’s degree in Office Administration or a related field are preferred.
  • Attention to detail and working with people for the Financial Aid Office Assistant.
