Full-time Receptionist, Housing Coordinator, and Administrative Assistant

FBBC&TS is seeking to employ a full-time Receptionist, Housing Coordinator, and Administrative Assistant. This position will remain open until filled.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • General administrative duties: room reservations and rentals, vehicle schedules, campus building calendars.
  • Answer and respond to phone calls and visitors in a pleasant and professional manner.
  • Manage business credit cards, federal student money, business and federal accounts.
  • Manage rental housing: communication, leases, tours, rent rolls, records.
  • Receive and process donations, track appeals and campaign giving, maintain websites for funds.
  • Assist in the preparation of the two yearly appeals, advancement publications, and other mailings.
  • Prepare any donor reports, queries requested, and mailing lists
  • Assist in planning Advancement events.

Education and Experience Qualifications

  • A two-year associates degree or higher is required.
  • Previous experience is recommended.
