Full-Time English Professor

FBBC&TS is seeking to identify qualified individuals for a full-time faculty position to teach English I and II classes, Literature, and related classes at Faith Baptist Bible College. This posting will remain open until filled.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Teach assigned classes in accordance with our policies in the Faculty Handbook including English grammar, Literature, and/or other communications classes
  • Serve on academic committees
  • Advise Communication minors
  • Disciple students as opportunity arises
  • Recruit students to the college
  • Some experience in Speech and/or Drama is desired (not required)

  • Applicants must be fundamental Baptists in their beliefs and practice.
  • Applicants must adhere to biblical standards of morality and living.
  • Applicants and/or their spouses must not be or ever have been divorced.

Academic Qualifications

  • Applicants should possess at least an accredited Master’s Degree in the related field.
  • Applicants should have skill and experience teaching English grammar/writing classes
