Full-time Alumni Coordinator and Part-time Financial Aid Assistant

FBBC&TS is seeking to employ a qualified candidate to fill the role of Full-time Alumni Coordinator and Part-time Financial Aid Assistant at Faith Baptist Bible College.  This position will remain open until filled.

Application process

Primary Duties and Responsibilities as Alumni Coordinator

  • Data upkeep on current students and alumni
  • Coordinating alumni projects and alumni events
  • Communicating to alumni via emails and personal contact
  • Help with Admissions activities as needed
  • Knowledge of Microsoft and have communication skills. Some travel is also required.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities as Financial Aid Assistant

  • Helping the Financial Aid Director in the daily operation of connecting with students
  • Record-keeping and assisting the director as needed
  • Will learn the basics of the financial aid process
  • Prepare and maintain student folders
