Communications Director

FBBC&TS is seeking to employ a qualified individual to serve as a full-time Communications Director.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage all content for the Faith website and oversee social media accounts
• Write, proof, and edit text of print publications (e.g. promotional cards, yearbook, athletic programs, event brochures)
• Assist the President’s office in event planning as needed (e.g. Faith Classic Golf Tournament, Refresh Conference)
• Collaborate with the Creative Director in his graphic design pieces (reports to the Communications Director)
• Strategize new marketing tactics as needed
• Write campus updates, letters, and stories (e.g. Faith News stories, appeal letters, mass communications)
• Manage all campus paid advertising
• Assist the Federal Compliance Committee

FBBC&TS seeks to maintain its theological and ecclesiastical identity as a fundamental Baptist institution of higher education.   • Applicants and/or their spouses must not be or ever have been divorced.

Education and Experience

  • A bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in English or Communication
  • A working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Writing, editing, and advertising skills required
  • Video and photography skills considered an asset
