Administrative Assistant for the Christian School Department

FBBC&TS is seeking to employ a qualified individual as a Part-Time or Full-Time Administrative Assistant for the Christian School Department. This position is a one-year renewable contract with a set number of hours of work per week.  This posting will remain open until 5 August 2019.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist the Christian school faculty with academic functions, such as grading, recording attendance, and preparing course materials.
  • Prepare and file documents, organize materials, and assist with various meeting preparations.
  • Communicate with schools and teachers to schedule clinical experience placements.
  • Other various duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Qualifications

  • Associate of Arts in Office Administration or Education.
  • Previous experience in office work preferred.
  • Good oral and written communication skills required.
  • Should be proficient in using office software applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
