Faith Welcomes Jackie Loew as Adjunct Instructor

Faith Baptist Bible College is excited to welcome Jackie Loew as an adjunct faculty member. Jackie will begin teaching English and Introduction to Communications this fall at Faith.

Mrs. Loew is a 2015 graduate of Faith Baptist Bible College and rejoins her alma mater after teaching positions at Southeast Polk Community School District as an eighth grade English teacher and as a substitute teacher in the Ankeny Community School District.

She and her husband, Mike, moved to Ankeny from Los Angeles, California in 2010 to attend Faith Baptist Bible College, where she received her degree in Secondary English Education. In the spring of 2017, she began a 15-month program to complete her Masters in English through Ohio University. Jackie enjoys researching the latest instructional strategies and pedagogical theories through her graduate work.

“I cannot stress enough how clear it is to me and my family that God had plans for me that were bigger than I could have ever imagined,” said Jackie. “I am at Faith because Faith is where God wants me to be. I am excited to join in the work of preparing students for a life of ministry through my passion for working with readers, writers, and critical thinkers.”
