2014-2015 Module   $340 per credit hour
2014-2015 Online   $315 per credit hour
2014-2015 Conference Audit   $100
Student Benefit Fee (6 hours or more)   $244 per semester
Student Benefit Fee (fewer than 6 hours)   $118 per semester

Church Partnership Scholarship














Available to full- and part-time students with a 2.0 GPA who plan to enter full-time ministry. If a church gives $500, FBTS will match the amount, making a total of $1,000.

Dean's Scholarship













Awarded to full-time students in any program who show exceptional academic and ministerial potential. Financial need is also considered.





When applying for admission to FBTS




Faithful Servant Scholarship








50% tuition discount on first three two-credit hour courses






For pastors, assistant pastors, and missionaries who are new students. A new student is one who has never taken a class at FBTS or has not taken a seminary class for credit in the three years prior to applying for this scholarship. Available to full- and part-time students.

Bellevue Heights Church Foundation












Available to Master of Divinity students taking at least 9 credit hours a semester with a 2.3 GPA. Contact the seminary office for an application form.











Elmer O. and Ida Preston Trust Fund














Available to full-time students who have been Iowa residents for 6 months and preparing for Christian ministry. Contact the seminary office for an application form. Usually a combination of grants and loans.

Federal Stafford Loan 






  A federally-insured unsubsidized loan. Student is responsible for thet interest while in school and during the grace period. Payment on principal may be deferred.  


Federal Aid
Complete your FAFSA online at The FAFSA will tell you what state and federal loans you qualify for. Have your FASFA information sent to Faith by entering Faith's code 007121 on your FAFSA form.
