Thank you to all who joined us for Homecoming 2009!

Students, alumni, and friends enjoyed fellowship over a delicious meal catered by Hickory Park to kick off the weekend’s events. The event included testimonies, encouragement from God’s Word, school updates, and uplifting music.

After dinner and coffee students and guests were entertained by Faith’s own version of Family Feud.

Saturday morning’s 5K Fun Run had runners and devoted walkers leaving campus with a newly designed Faith t-shirt. In the afternoon guests enjoyed sampling the students’ culinary creativity at the “Taste of Faith” booths, and the campus was abuzz with the homecoming victory of both the Lady Eagles’ volleyball game and the Eagles’ soccer game.

The weekend ended with the annual “Ya Gotta Regatta” cardboard boat races and a cookout on the lawn. This year’s regatta winners were:

414 – “Perilous Plunge”
Taylor Up – “Rapid Rowers”
320 – “Cardboard Creation”

Thank you to all who gave to the Next Generation Scholarship fund! You have an important role in equipping Faith’s students for learning, living, and leading!

We are looking forward to next year’s homecoming events, including the first alumni conference! See you there!
