The annual security compliance document is available on this Campus Security Department (CSD) website. If you would like
to receive a printed copy of the document which contains this information, you can stop by the Campus Services Office at
1900 NW 4th St., Building 14 - Door 3, Ankeny, IA 50021 or you can request that a copy be mailed to you by calling
515-965-4900.
The website and hard copy contain information regarding campus security and personal safety including topics such as:
crime prevention, college enforcement authority, crime reporting policies, disciplinary procedures and other matters of
importance related to security on campus. They also contain information about crime statistics for the three previous
calendar years concerning reported crimes that occurred on campus; in certain off-campus buildings or property owned
or controlled by FBBC&TS; and on public property within, or immediately adjacent to and accessible from the campus.
A Daily Crime Log is maintained in the Security Office. It is accessible to the public on a daily basis Monday through
Friday, 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM.
This information is required by law and is provided by the Faith Baptist Bible College and Theological Seminary
Security Department.
