Perhaps Ankeny’s best kept secret is its only private college and graduate school, located since 1967 on a beautiful, fifty-two acre campus in northwest Ankeny. Faith Baptist Bible College and Theological Seminary started out in Omaha, Nebraska, in 1921 as a small Bible institute; over 80 years later, we are now an accredited, four-year Bible college and seminary of over 400 students in the heart of Ankeny.

Since we constructed our first building by an air strip in a cornfield, we have watched a growing community sprout up around us, and we have grown right along with it. The impact of Faith’s student and alumni body is not only felt in Ankeny and Iowa, but in every state and in 35 foreign countries.

Faith’s annual budget of $7.8 million has a yearly impact of approximately $30 million on the local economy. The college brings numerous visitors to the area through conferences, athletic games, and many campus events. Our students work in the community, where they are known for their strong work ethic and quality of character.

Many local businesses enjoy partnerships with Faith. Ongoing athletic events and annual campus events are open to corporate sponsorships. These are great opportunities to connect with a strong network of Faith alumni and friends.
