homeschool students

Faith is a homeschool friendly college. In fact, 30% of last fall’s applicants were homeschooled. It is a great place to receive a Bible-centered education and prepare for a life of service for Christ. We are a fully-accredited school which enables students to transfer credits or pursue advanced degrees. Faith is a college that will reinforce the values parents have sought to instill in their children through a wonderful blend of classes, daily chapels, athletics, dorm life, and ministry opportunities that provide an environment conducive to spiritual growth.

How was your admissions experience?
The admissions team was very helpful! The expectations for enrollment were clearly laid out. There were really no issues.

How was it transitioning from a home school environment to the classroom setting here at Faith?
Easy transition. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The professors went out of their way to make me feel welcome.

What would you say to students considering where God would have them go to college?
I think everyone should strongly consider going to Bible College for a least one year. It’s a great "transition environment" For most of us, the first year of school is our first time we are out on our own, it's a very critical time in every student's life.

How have you been able to get involved here at Faith?
I’m a class officer, I play soccer, I was a resident advisor, and I have also traveled for the school on one of the summer ministry teams.

What would you tell other home school students who are considering Faith?
It was an easy transition for me. Faith has been a great place to meet good friends I have loved all of the opportunities for involvement. If you are interested in investing your time and life into learning God’s Word and into the lives of others around you, Faith would be a great fit!
