"How will we pay for our children's college education?"
Almost every parent faces that question when their children reach high school age. We know college costs can seem daunting at first. The whole process may seem confusing.
Faith's skilled and experienced staff members will guide you through the financial aid process to make aFaith educationaffordable for you.
With more institutional aid available now than ever before and with 2- and 4-year scholarship packaging, you can know upfront your student's financial aid package for his or her entire time at Faith. In addition to a student's financial aid package, we also award endowed scholarships to our returning students every spring during our scholarship chapel.
Don't forget to mark your calendar to attend our Scholarship Weekend with your senior. We award over $125,000 in scholarships annually at this event. Scholarship Weekend usually takes place the third weekend in March.
"A firm foundation for right living is important no matter what occupation one chooses. That is the reason why I send my children to Faith Baptist Bible College. The education is firmly rooted in a right relationship with God and His Word. It's a lifetime investment that is really worth the money."

How was the admissions process? The Admissions Department was very helpful while I was seeking God's will for what college to attend. Admissions made the effort to stay in touch during the winter and spring of my senior year in high school, asking if I had any questions and updating me with new information. However, what perhaps impressed me the most was the department's interest in my own personal life. Many times Admissions would call just to ask how life was going. I was also greatly comforted by the reassurance that the staff were praying for God to make His will known to me during those crucial months.
Did you visit campus before arriving as a student? I had the opportunity to visit campus during the spring scholarship weekend in March. The experience was great! I enjoyed spending time in the dorm getting to know some of the guys, as well as meeting the faculty on campus. The students were very friendly and welcoming, and made me feel right at home. The faculty members were approachable and highly qualified to answer all the questions I had. That weekend left me with a favorable impression of Faith, and helped me in my decision of where to attend in the fall.
Why did you choose to attend Faith? I chose to attend Faith because I believe this is where God has called me.
What would you say to others thinking about coming to Faith? Faith is a great school to consider for those who believe God is calling them to the ministry as well as those who are called to other vocations. For those going into the ministry, I believe Faith ranks ahead of other Bible schools simply because Faith is ministry minded. Many other Bible schools have shifted their focus to other degrees. As for those who aren't called to the ministry or are unsure, Faith can be a great launching point. Faith offers many transferrable general courses that are required for most degrees. These courses can be taken with other helpful, Bible-based classes, such as The Family and Personal Evangelism, to get a two-year degree.
What was the transition like from visitor to student? The transition was almost seamless. The student body, especially those in leadership positions, made the extra effort to socialize with the freshman class. It would be easy for the returning students to seclude themselves from the freshman and go back to the friendships of the previous year; however, this was not the case. There was a concerted effort to include the freshman in activities around campus, and the benefit is a unified student body in which little distinction is made or even seen between grade levels.
What are your favorite parts about being a student so far at Faith? My favorite part about Faith so far is the conducive atmosphere it provides for spiritual growth. Of course, this part is always up to the individual, however, everything from the daily chapel messages, to the highly applicable classes, to the godly character and wisdom provided by the staff and upperclassmen is helpful for the believer's walk with God. During my first year God has convicted, taught, and encouraged me by His Word in major aspects of my life. Faith provides more than a good education; it uses the Word of God to prepare believers for a successful, lifelong walk with Christ!
