Director of Admissions
I head up the Admissions Department here at Faith. Since I love to meet people, and work one-on-one with high school and college students, it’s a perfect fit! After graduating from college and seminary here at Faith, I was given the opportunity to work full-time in the Admissions Department and I took it! My wife, Erin, and our three children (Hayden, Hudson, and Avlyn) love to interact with our students both here on campus and in our home as well. One of the favorite parts of my ministry here at Faith is the opportunity I have to meet teens as I speak at camps, churches, and schools and see God lead them to Faith where they grow, graduate, and then go impact the world for Christ.
I’m from Duluth, Minnesota, and as a teenager God gave me a burden to spend my life serving Him—however He would allow me to. It was that burden that brought me to Faith to study as a student, and it’s what has kept me here serving alongside our Admissions team organizing the itineraries and travel details for our Admissions representatives as well as our summer ministry teams. I absolutely love missions, traveling, and college students, and it is a highlight of my year to take a team of our students to South Africa for three weeks each summer and watch how God uses the overseas experience to mold and change their perspective on life and ministry—just as He continues to do for me. When I’m not sitting behind my desk or cuddling sweet orphans in South Africa, I love making meals with friends, doing just about anything outside, or traveling anywhere in the world.
In May 2012 I graduated from Faith with the four-year Office Administration/Women’s Ministries degree. I desired to work for the school so I could have a small part in other students being impacted by Faith as I have, so I began working for the Admissions Department during college and have continued to work here full-time since. I wish that all students could have the opportunity to attend a Bible college and be saturated with God’s Word. It’s changed my life! God has given me a passion for people and ministry–I love what I do!
Hi, I’m Julia Rocha! Originally I’m from Kalispell, Montana (right next to Glacier National Park). I began working in the Admissions Department in March 2014. In May 2014 I graduated from Faith in the Office Administration/Women’s Ministry program. I am so thankful for my years at Faith and the lessons God taught me. During my four years I had the privilege of playing on both the volleyball and basketball teams, serving in student leadership, traveling on a summer ministry team, going to South Africa on a missions trip, and working with the youth in my local church. In August 2013 I married Jon, the love of my life, and we are thrilled to be able to spend our lives serving the Lord together wherever He may lead us.
I am the Admissions guy who travels the continental United States of America telling students about Faith. I graduated from a public high school in Iowa before coming to Faith. I love basketball, and God used that interest as a means of making me consider coming for a few years of Bible college. But once I got here, God used Faith to mature me from a very immature freshman to a guy who is much more prepared for ministry. I graduated with a Biblical Studies degree in 2009 after spending a year in Peru on the ARRIBA! program. That was an intense year of growth for me and something that I strongly recommend for all students, whether they want to pursue a life on the mission field or not. I joined the Admissions team in July of 2010 after studying in the seminary at Faith for a year. I have traveled to 41 states for Faith, visiting hundreds of churches and Christian schools. I enjoy sharing what God is doing at Faith and how He used Faith in my life. I don't know where God may lead me in the future, but I hope that He continues to allow me to serve Him in some manner if He doesn't allow me to play in the NBA.
Kenny and Allison Froment
Hi! We are Kenny and Allison Froment. We will be traveling the country representing Faith as admission representatives. Allison is an Iowa native and came to Faith in 2010. She completed a two-year Bible degree before moving on to a community college to finish a degree in Human Services. I was born and raised in Rhode Island and moved to Iowa in 2006 to attend Faith. I graduated in the Assistant Pastor program with an emphasis on youth ministries. Allison and I met at a Christian camp in Wisconsin, and we were married on August 17, 2013. God has used Faith in our lives in so many ways to prepare us for future ministry, both as individuals and as a couple. We both share a passion for teenagers. We are excited now to travel the country to share with teens the awesome things we experienced at Faith and to encourage them to see for themselves what Faith can do for them.
