Acceptance

ACT or SAT test scores:

Each applicant is required to provide a college entrance exam score report. The ACT is the preferred exam, but the (SAT) is also accepted. Information regarding the college testing programs and national test dates may be secured from a high school counselor or by visiting the following websites: ACT.org or CollegeBoard.com (SAT).

Applicants achieving a G.P.A. of 2.0 for at least 24 credit hours of college work or applicants over 25 years of age are exempt from this requirement.

High School Transcripts:

Each applicant should request an initial copy of an official transcript be sent to Faith. Once the student has graduated from high school a final transcript is required.

Pastor's or Christian Worker's Reference form:

Please fill out the top section of this form and request that a non-relative pastor, deacon, Sunday school teacher, youth sponsor or other Christian worker complete the form and return it to Faith.

High School Counselor's or Advisor's Reference:

Please fill out the top section of this form and request that a non-relative high school teacher, principal, guidance counselor, supervising teacher or other educator complete the form and return it to Faith. (For individuals who are home-schooled and do not have a regional advisor, this form may be filled out by a non-relative youth pastor, Sunday school teacher, employer, or other individual who is familiar with the student's educational background.)

College Transcripts

Any student with previous college work must request that official copies of all college transcripts be sent to Faith. The "College/Seminary Transcript Request" form may be used.

Application Fee:

The application fee is $25 for new students. If the student has been enrolled at Faith previously, please see "Reapplication" below.

Reapplication:

Students who have been previously enrolled in the College and wish to return to must fill out a reapplication form and have all accounts settled prior to re-admittance. A fee of $15 must accompany the reapplication form. Re-applicants must also submit updated reference forms and college transcripts from any college work completed between enrollments at Faith.
