Dr. Brown joined the Faith faculty in 1999 teaching in the college's Local Church Ministry Department. He now teaches primarily in the seminary where he specializes in New Testament studies and he serves as the associate seminary dean. The Browns live in Ankeny and have four children. They are actively involved at Faith Baptist Church in Cambridge, Iowa, where Dr. Brown is the associate pastor of youth and Christian education.

Dr. Daniel Brown joined the Faith faculty in the fall of 2012 after an extensive background in pastoral ministry and seminary teaching. In addition to his pastoral ministry in New Jersey, he has served chruches as an interim pastor as well, making him a seasoned pastor and teacher of pastors.  Dr. Brown's wife, Mary Jo, also joined the Faith faculty at the same time, so they are able to minister as a team. Dr. Brown is noted for his strong fundamental Baptist position. The Browns have four daughters.

The name, Dr. Jeff Newman, has become synonymous with Biblical counseling. He has taken his training and experience in the Biblical Counseling field and built Faith's Biblical Counseling program into a strong and effective part of the college and seminary. He teaches college counseling courses during the school year and offers counseling modules in the seminary. Students find his courses challenging and helpful. Dr. Newman and his family live in Ankeny are active members of Altoona Regular Baptist Church in Altoona.

Dr. Van Hooser has devoted his life to vocal and choral music. He combines a strong academic background with extensive ministry experience to enable him to lead
Faith's Music Ministries Department with excellence. Dr. Van Hooser directs the Faith Chorale, leads the annual Chorale tour, and periodically plans an extended European tour. As department chair, he also oversees the Music Education programs. Dr. Van Hooser and his family are active members of Grandview Park Baptist Church in Des Moines.

Mr. LaFleur is Faith's premier pianist and piano instructor. His style, abilities, and spiritual character enable him not just to play the piano well but to minister to people through it.  In addition to his piano instruction, he leads the Faith handbell ensemble that performs at campus events and in churches. Mr. LaFleur captures the essence of a true Christian musician. Mr. LaFleur and his family live in Bondurant and are active members of Maranatha Baptist Church in Grimes.
