Overview of the Pastoral Training Program
The Pastoral Training program at Faith prepares men to serve the Lord effectively as pastors, assistant pastors, or youth pastors in local churches. This program is designed to give students Biblical, theological, and practical for pastoral ministry. The student who graduates with a Pastoral Training major from Faith will be equipped to preach, teach, conduct administrative duties, counsel, serve the Lord with passion, and minister effective to people in ministry whether as a senior pastor or an assistant pastor. The pastoral education a student will receive from Faith represents current thinking, has a solid foundation in Biblical teaching, is flavored by positive ministry experience, and is strongly grounded in theology. Many men find that they need seminary training to equip them further for effective pastoral ministry today. Faith Baptist Theological Seminary can sharpen your ministry skills.
