A trained youth worker is a valuable person in church work today. The Assistant Pastor major/Youth or Youth and Music minor gives you important skills to serve in youth and music ministries. This minor prepares you to serve as a staff member so you can devote your time and energies full time to these ministries. In smaller churches that cannot support an assistant or youth pastor, you will be qualified to step into these vital roles and lead with excellence.
