Programs
Churches, Christian organizations, and businesses need capable and qualified administrative assistants. The Administrative Assistant program at Faith gives you a thorough Bible education and up-to-date office training to prepare you to serve with excellence in an office environment.
Faith offers two options in the Administrative Assistant program.
• A two-year program leading to an Associate of Arts degree
• A four-year program leading to a Bachelor of Science degree with a minor in either Biblical Counseling or Women's Ministry
Two-Year Program
This popular two-year program, leading to an Associate of Arts degree, includes 29 hours of office courses and 15 hours of Bible and theology. This combination enables you to work with confidence in any office setting and to serve in your local church. This degree gives you practical tools for life and ministry as well as highly marketable office skills for the work place. This program includes an internship to give you real-time experience.

Four-Year Program
This program leads to a Bachelor of Science degree with a minor in either Biblical Counseling or Women's Ministry. All the credits earned in the two-year program can be applied to the four-year program. This program also involves an internship.

Biblical Counseling Minor
Counseling people from a Biblical perspective is a major need in churches today. This minor will gives you both marketable office skills and expertise in counseling so you can help people find answers to the problems of life. Because of the increased number of classes in Bible and theology and 15 hours of Biblical counseling courses, this degree better equips you for successful Christian ministry.

Women's Ministry
Churches need trained leaders for women's ministry. Serving as an administrative assistant at a church gives you increased opportunities to work with women. This minor not only lays the foundation for an effective women's program but also gives you practical tools for planning women's outreach events, leading women's Bible studies, and mentoring other women. This combination gives you marketable job skills and useful ministry capabilities.
