Dr. Schmidt's background in teaching and college administrative roles provides him the credentials and experience for leading Faith Baptist Theological Seminary. His successful pastoral ministries make him imminently qualified to teach men desiring to be pastors. Because of his burden for the city of Ankeny, he started Community Baptist Church and served as pastor for five years. This experience adds a valuable component to his administrative and classroom ministry.
