Sexual Abuse Policy
Any form of verbal and/or physical sexual activity, harassment, or abuse by any individual against any other person of either sex, outside of wedlock, with or without consent, constitutes sexual abuse. Within wedlock, the above would apply only without consent. All degrees of sexual abuse as stated in Vol. III, Code of Iowa, 1991, Chapter 709, are included and expanded in this definition.
Every person who is a victim of sexual misconduct is to counsel with one or more of the following: Dean of Men, Dean of Women, other administrator, faculty member, or an area pastor.
